Ordering Information

Ordering from Valley Jewelers is easy! When you see a piece of jewelry that you like, you can fax us, or call us during business hours (and talk with a real live human being) at (925) 313-9335, or e-mail me at jhurd@valleyjewelers.com to order your selection. Give us your phone number and a good time to contact you, and we will call or e-mail you with the item availability. We accept checks, money orders (faster), and Discover or Visa/Mastercard (even faster).

We do not have a secure server on our website.
PLEASE DON'T SEND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS BY FAX OR E-MAIL!
We will obtain that information when we contact you by telephone.

RETURN POLICY

All jewelry sold by Valley Jewelers comes with a 10 day "No Questions Asked " return policy. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your selection (we have only had two mail-order returns, and less than a dozen in our 20-year store history), simply return it within 10 days after you receive it, for a refund or adjustment.
Please note, however, that a $7.00 shipping charge (it costs us more than that to send it to you...) plus credit card processing fees (approximately 3% is charged to us even if a refund is later processed--does not apply to PayPal payment) will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return.

All returned items must be in "new and unworn" condition (this does not mean that you can't try it on--but please don't scratch it when you do...) when they are received by us , with all of the original packaging materials (boxes, tags, etc.) intact.


PLEASE, if you send back an item for any reason (return, sizing, adjustment. etc.),
e-mail us so we can expect the package and prepare for a rapid response.


Ring Sizing

Any ring shown in the catalog, unless marked "not sizable,"
may be sized up or down two sizes at no charge to you.
If you have this done prior to shipment, however, the ring becomes "customized" and non-returnable.


The ability for further free downsizing, or upsizing (which means adding more gold) for a slight charge, must be determined on a case by case basis--some rings can go more, some can't. You may ship the ring to us for free sizing within 60 days, and we will pay the shipping charges to return it back to you. Please e-mail the shipping date and method to us so we can expect it.
