14 karat yellow gold "Love Knot" antique stickpin,
set with one 2mm "old mine" cut diamond. The pin is 2.5 inches in length by
7/16-inch in width (62 x 11.8mm), and weighs 1.86 grams without the clutch.
The clutch is a modern gold plated replacement, with an antique-looking
faux-engraved motif.
