Here is where we are before we can start working on our store:

1. Authorize Construction to immediately move forward with demolition of all interior ceilings
to assess the extent of damage to structure.
Completed: 11/20/23
2. Design Structure/utilities Re-Build required by Landlord and Insurer.
Complete: 1/1/24
3. Submit Working drawings into City plan check.
Submit: 1/1/24
Permit issued: 3/1/24
4. Obtain (2) additional bids required by Insurer.
Complete: 1/15/24
5. Re-build roof structure, install new roof, install new HVAC units & re-wire entire building.
Complete: 6/1/24
6. Obtain Building final, TCO & approval to re-energize the building.
Complete: 6/15/24
7. Delivery of space back to tenant to complete interior buildouts covered under Valley Jewelers’ Insurance.
Delivery: 6/15/24

We would hope to reopen the business 1 month later, but we shall see /H3>
